February Greetings! It's tax paperwork season over here.... mainly for all the things hubby does and I'm glad mine is all done for the Jewelry Biz. So, needless to say I'm trying to keep from pulling out my hair like I usually do this time of year 😂 and working on having a calm mindset and for the most part it's working - but there still are moments. LOL. This year hubby is a lil more involved than in the past and that helps too. But enough of taxes.... on to the upcoming events and the so far beautiful "warm" Minnesota winter we've been having. We all hope it's not going to snow in April. Every day create something, even if it's only one thing... So here are a few new items. But if you are curious and want to see more you can see all the photos on my Facebook page: www.facebook.com/NotesNBling. The magnetic closure leather & sliders bracelets have been a HUGE hit. So as I find more cool leathers, I'll be adding more once some of the stock is sold. I'll have small, medium and big wrist bracelets. Fun Steampunk earrings and a Southwest inspired chandelier necklace with Sleeping Beauty Mine Turquoise also was created. Come see these and more at the next upcoming events! LASTLY:
Last weeks encouragement scripture for me was something along the lines of DON"T WORRY.... I'm really good at worrying and I'd rather not be good at that... I'd rather be good at trusting God....😊 Don't worry about anything but in everything through prayer and petition with THANKSGIVING present your requests to God and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. Well, it's kept me much calmer this past week. 😊 I've been reading A.W.Tozer's book "The Pursuit of God" and this following quote in the last chapter caught my attention (as many other things throughout the book)... ***Quote: Let every man abide in the calling wherein he is called and his work will be as sacred as the work of the ministry. It is not what a man does that determines whether his work is sacred or secular, it is why he does it. The motive is everything. Let a man sanctify the Lord God in his heart and he can thereafter do no common act. All he does is good and acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. For such a man, living itself will be sacramental and the whole world a sanctuary. His entire life will be a priestly ministration. As he performs his never so simple task he will hear the voice of the seraphim saying "Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lord of hosts: the whole earth is full of His glory".*** end quote (A.W.Tozer "The Pursuit Of God") This means....even doing the taxes, creating jewelry, playing music, spending time with husband or friend.... This doesn't mean that we can do no wrong, it means that the attitude of our heart when we sanctify the Lord there is that of everything we do we do as unto the Lord and that is what makes the difference. Mindset and attitude. Have a beautiful and blessed February! Sam

Psalm 100 Scripture
1 Shout joyfully to the LORD, all the earth. 2 Serve the LORD with gladness; Come before Him with joyful singing. 3 Know that the LORD Himself is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture. 4 Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him, bless His name. 5 For the LORD is good; His lovingkindness is everlasting And His faithfulness to all generations. Archives
