For everyone - a quick re-cap of our trip to Texas....

It was so worth it to go. To watch Warren greet all his friends and the interaction with everyone and how glad people were to see each other and the closeness they still had, was just a big blessing for me to be part of and of course to Warren. For him to be able to cook for his long time friends was a very special time and he won more "Warren's BBQ" fans down in Texas! They all said to let them know if he EVER opens a restaurant!

Back Home

We arrived safely on home soil on Thursday afternoon in Detroit with a 3 hour layover there waiting for our plane to Minneapolis.
We landed about 30 minutes late, due to a thunderstorm, but that worked out well, as our ride was still on the way. We got off the plane quite exhausted and tired, chasing down the concourse to find our baggage carousel. Of course we had walked to the opposite end, so it sure was nice to see Bev and Bruce Haan, our friends, catch us on the way as we were heading ...

What awesome days we spent in Halle at WRICC!! Seems like every time we are there we get inspired and funny thing is the first day Pastor Praise was talking about that a new song would be written.

Well, we actually had a song somewhat finished, which had it’s beginnings in Herxheim in my cousin’s office. Warren started playing a rhythm on his djembre and I started picking some chords but we had no words. I saw the picture above my cousin’s desk saying ‘Nudeln machen gluecklich’ (noodles m...

Well, we have survived our 2nd Annual Dinner Concert Fundraiser at the National Guard Armory in St. Cloud! It was a TON of work, but we sure enjoyed the few people that came out and braved the snow/sleet/rain mixture weather.

We want to thank Jon Weaver for putting on an awesome concert! He's such a talented writer/singer. A huge thank you also goes to Grant Erickson for running the sound and with his friend Ray had set up all the tables, chairs and stage for us as well as helped with the ...
