Sam Scales-Arnold

Personal Bio:

After receiving Jesus as her Lord and Savior in 1982, Sam’s ministry began with participating in church choirs and worship teams, leading worship and working with youth in music.

In August 1999, Sam felt the call from God to enter into solo-music ministry as Psalm 100 and began church/coffeehouse, mission & outreach ministry singing initially songs of favorite artists with tracks locally, nationally and in Germany. During that time ‘Tribute’, a CD with tracks from her favorite band, was recorded.

In the summer of 2003 Sam released her first CD project, ‘Defender Of My Soul’ and began supporting the album with a national tour, singing in many churches, coffeehouses, outreach missions, open air concerts, including being an opening act for John Schlitt of PETRA.
In 2004 her second CD project ‘Tear Down The Wall’ was released and the album supported with another national tour, including a mission trip to San Isidero, Mexico. Sam with husband Warren became volunteer staff at “The Overflowing Cup & Total Life Center” in Beloit, WI.
On March 31, 2005, Psalm 100 becomes a ministry department of A.C.T. (Artists in Christian Testimony), based in Brentwood, TN.
While in the Nashville area, Sam & husband Warren also attended the CIA Summit, a conference/training seminar for music ministry/stage presence held in Franklin, TN with speakers such as: Keith Mohr (IndieHeaven, Tom Jackson (On Stage Principles), Brett Johnson (Vocal Coaching) and more.
Doors opened for Psalm 100 to lead worship and speak in many churches in Germany throughout 2006-2008, including African-French, German and American churches.
In 2010, Sam and husband Warren became board members for NGATHA International, (National/Global Association for Thrift & Humanitarian Aid). The heart of the mission is to provide the knowledge, life skills and values necessary to restore hope and dignity to women and children in Africa. Sam offers her expertise of computer knowledge in poster, flyer design, organizational skills and her worship music.  Psalm 100 also welcomes new backing-vocalist Josie Mattson to the ministry.
Spring 2011 will bring the release of Sam’s 3rd CD Project: Eyes On The Road.

Warren Arnold

Personal Bio:

In 1995 Warren was the Deacon, Trustee, Education Director, Property Manager and Music Director at Cañon City Christian Church in Cañon City, CO and in November 2000, Warren joined the GEM (Greater European Missions) and became the Co-Coordinator for a construction project in Eucone, France.
In 2002 Warren became involved in ‘Cowboy Church’, Clovis, NM joining the worship team, where he met Samantha.
Since 2003 Warren became the ministry partner to his wife Samantha (Sam) in Psalm 100 as backing-vocalist, solo-singer, saxophonist, djembre player and sound man.  They married in August 2003.
Warren’s love for cooking became part of the ministry outreach of Psalm 100 with several mission trips to Sturgis, SD, cooking and selling BBQ, winning 1st Place in the People’s Choice Award “Hog Master’s Challenge” in Sturgis, SD in 2004 and 05.
Since then he has won many more awards with his food, which he continues to offer for many missions, ministries and fundraising efforts for other organizations and church outreach programs to this day.
Warren also attended the CIA Summit, a conference/training seminar for music ministry/stage presence held in Franklin, TN on in March of 2005 with his wife Samantha.
In 2006-08 Warren’s service for the Germany tours of Psalm 100 included being a supporting vocalist, soundman and accompanist with djembre and saxophone in African-French, German and American churches.

In 2010, Warren with wife Samantha became board members for NGATHA International, (National/Global Association for Thrift & Humanitarian Aid). The heart of the mission is to provide the knowledge, life skills and values necessary to restore hope and dignity to women and children in Africa. Warren offers the organization his expertise in fundraising efforts as well as serves with his cooking skills for events.
Warren also continues to employ his love for cooking in many of Psalm 100’s ministry events.
